Is it possible to run 2 subwoofers from a 2-channel Amp??
Or do you need a 4-channel amp to bridge a sub over 2-channels??
I currently have one subwoofer running from my 2-channel amp, it is bridged across the channels but im thinking of adding a second sub. But this will only really happen if i can run 2 subs from the amp as i dont want to buy a 4-channel amp if at all possible.
Thanks for any advice in advance.
you dont need to bridge the sub over the channels, you do this to make it 1 channel... so if your running 2 subs off it just make sure the amp cant handle the power
Would a 350watt amp be enough to power 2 subs or would it be better with something bigger??
what subs are they and which amp ohm's is your friend

Audiobahn sub and 350 watt sub, unsure which. Thinking of either getting another audiobahn sub of a jbl sub
dont help mate need model numbers if possible
and its not a good idea to run 2 subs of different brands or models...

Like he said. But you'll probably do it anyway lol so run them in parallel
350 rms? or peak?
Mono sub amp? or standard speaker amp with a mono switch?

The sub i have just now is an Audiobahn AW1051SE not sure of the amp, will post further details when i find them out!!
The amp is a 2-channel 350watt amp (will post further details later) It has a subwoofer switch on it (guessing its for when the amp is bridged)
I was only thinking about the jbl one but i think im going to go for another audiobahn sub, if i cant get a AW1051SE i will get an AW1051??. One which is as close as the one i currently have as possible.
You can run them in parallel dude but make sure you have them both wired right same way. e.g. you don't want one sub pushing out and one pulling as they will cancel each other out.
All i'm going to say a 350 amp won't sound very good (it's not even a mono block) but you can do it

match your subs exactly or you'll have a world of issues if u parallel them up.
if u simply wire 1 sub to each channel of the amp, u can use any 2 subs u wish, providing the amp has indepant gain settings for each channel.
as said above, impedance is the key thing here however, before u do anything.
