Well I spose its was about time I did one of these, so heres a quick run down.

2003 Toyota Yaris T Sport 1.5 VVTi

Thats as much as I can remember for now, it made my head hurt lol.

Anyway heres some pics.

From this;

As you can see the tints were on in all my pics, and the car was lowered and the back box on for the last 2 pics.

Anyway, it then evolved into this;

The list is endless, it all depends what I set my sights on.

ATM I'm thinking of stripping the back out, a pair of Integra or Accord Type R Recaro's with harnesses, Tein Basic coilovers, GReddy Supercharger with an EManage piggy back ECU, and some new wheels, the wheels I'm have a couple of choices in mind, had a bit of a poll on the last forum but I'm still undeceided. Oh yeah and I think the carbon bonnet is being sold, and the bit in the bumper put back to normal.

Although it may be a bit of a slow process as I want to get myself a little slag to mess around with and stick on a track, as I'm scared I would spank the Yaris if I put it on a track, where as if I crashed a car thats worth less I wouldnt be too bothered, aslong as I walked away from it obviously tounge

why get rid of such a awesome looking front end, and wat little track slag u lookin for.
Well the bonnets duff if you ask me, the guy who had it before had some vinyl stickers on and the sun has faded the bonnet around the stickers and looks gash, the black section needs re-doing aswell as that was done shite unfortuantely.

As for track car, I might be buying an AX GT, will find out when I ring the guy back later this week, but it not be sorted until next month, want to get it taxed & mot'd because I'm not sticking a towbar on the Yaris lol. Plus a GT is still cheap tax and insurance for myself, should be able to drop a VTR lump straight in, just have to get the box aswell, probably one from a 106 XSi with the short ratios, although I would prefer a GTi/VTS lump but they are atleast £300 to buy and thos are usually shite ones or don't come with the loom or unlocked ECU. aint there anyway of saving that bonnet as it is a nice lookin bonnet, and where does superchargers in this country, cause i remember when alex got hers done she had to go all the way to belguim.
There is someone now in the UK who supplies the superchargers for £3k and fits then at an additional cost, alternatively there is TTE in Cologné where the F1 cars are made can fit them aswell, a day out at the factory and Toyota museum whilst your waiting aswell.

But I won't be doing that, my engine is the same as what goes in Scion XB's, which are sold in Japan and America, turbo and supercharger kits are available for them, but the supercharger seems the more reliable one for the time being as it can be run on standard internals and is a straight forward fit. Take the inlet manifold and alternator off and basically build the kit back up on the car, with the Emanage kit which is pretty simple wiring apparently.

A lad over in Buxton that Wardo knows will give me a hand with it all, as I've sorted him out quite a few bits for his, hes gone for a turbo kit from one of the XB's but he had to get plenty of bits fabricated as its made for a LHD car so had problems with the clearance on the clutch master cylinder, and then got a suitable remap on his emanage system just for the engine to eat itself. So now hes rebuilding it with stronger internals so probably going to be seeing the UK's first 200bhp T Sport soon.

Where as mine I'd be looking 140 with the kit on not taking into account the exhaust and filter mods, plus the uprated emanage map I will be using.

As for the bonnet I've been told it cant be done by relaquering, but it anyone does know of anywhere or anyone that could "fix" it for me I would be eternally greatful lol, although I have thought about painted the edges so the carbon ties in with the front bumper.
Wow, typed a fair bit there, might not make much sense though lol.

Thats what I mean by painting the bonnet aswell.
did u ever c alexs t sport, it was the silver 1 on airbags, and supercharger
Yup saw it in town all the time outside Rileys and up near Warsop Ford.
Should have some of these landing at work with me tomorrow or Thursday hopefully, means I should be able to stop again Icon_biggrin
