if only i had the dollar, saving towards my e46 m3 now

ok so its a 3.0 engine from an e36, but not an m3 engine, im confused lmao (read the questions at the bottom, the only e36 with a 3.0 was an m3! lol)

are you sure?

Do you think it is maybe a later engine?

the only later engine they did in a 3.0 where in the e46, they never did a 3.0 apart from the e36 m3 and that was pre 94. as after that it was e36 m3 evolution which was fitted with 3.2 engine.

did they do a variant in a 3.0l?

i.e. an alpina? or summat?

I "think" they are a 3.5 ltr Oll.

Surely if hed got an Alpina Engine he'd advertise it as that for more money?

the alpina also has a stamp on the cam saying ALPINA B3

that would be correct as its an e46 b3, very similar engine to that of an e46 m3.

d, im being picky but the 3.0 m3 ran from '94-'96 then along came the 3.2 evo engine
