MY gf has just bought a corsa but i has a few scratches, a few of them are deep and a few are only minor and light.

Does anyone know of anyone who would be able to fix these and how I can get rid of the minor scratches

Thanks

Liam
t cut for starters but then depends how good you are move on to g3 it's a compound which is alot beter but you will have to shine it back up.

if some of the scratches has gone through to primer or metal, then dont bother it will need to be sprayed

nah man you wont need it respraying at all, touch it up with lots of touch up paint, let it set, wet sand it flat then buff out with a pollisher, this is if they dont come out with t-cutIcon_biggrin

anyone got an idea on prices for respraying car, its the standard burgundy colour for a corsa
It wont need respraying for a scratch, seriously.

Look on somewhere like http://www.detailingworld.com and search for "scratch repair" or "wet sanding" on their forums.

Will save you loads of

i definatly recomend you to take mine and matty's advice mate, a respray will cost you about 1500- 3000 depending on the quality of respray
when a touch up pen and wetdry paper will cost you £5,
maybe try a professional detailer (not a valleter as their is a huge difference)
your crazy if you jump straight into a respray before trying the above tbh,

hope this helps

just tcut the scratchs in the paint work. i have to always tcut my white corsa.
i can get a respray for £150 - £200 if you buy paint, he helped body and tuning start off.. and does an awsome job..

To be fair your trying to be helpful but tell anyone that they can get a good respray for that price and they will think that you are on crack, unless its at mates rates, even then they'll still be dubious.

i would think so too tbh, seeing as a good respray for somthing like bumpers would be around £200,
