well just back from the fist edition to our long weekend of car shows

Todays event took place in Hull on there local fiels, the day was well arranged and saw a good standard of cars and club turnouts.

We (Me & Kate, Spage & Dave, Alan & Clare, Carl & Cindy, Ste and Stacy, Dan & Loz and Tribe) met at Woodhall services around 8am slightly overcast but dry and headed for the show all was well until M18 Just past Doncaster when Kates Pug 206CC decided it didnt like its offside front tyre and blew a big hole in it.
Now CC's dont have spare wheels they have that foamy gunk shit in a can so we applied that (after recieving attention from a passing policeman who was interested to find out why it took 6 cars to stop to sort out a puncture )

We limped to the services where we founf the extent of the damage was no good to carry on....Damn

Fortunatly carl recieved good directions to a close tyre shop and we patched up as best we could the leaking tyre and limped off leaving the others to go to the show all be it a bit late..Cheers Carl!

Never thought id say it, but out of that 10 i must say i love that skoda!thats well phat,

well done guys, you were very welcomed even if my kids do now want 2 chairs like yours (cheers for the loan by the way guys, hope my boys didnt ruin them.. lol)

your cars were very well received, and personally myself and 2 other people thought the A3 was worthy of at least a trophy...

i appreciate it was short notice, and all i can say is that you did yourselves proud, and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon

p.s the skoda is a hullcruise car, our best one in my opinion, and its gorgeous... Dan will be chuffed you liked it...

just looked in the gallery and a few of the dubs where at vw festival aswell

Had good weekend. That mini was mad. lol I too like the Skoda, saw it a Scarborough the week before and comments on it then.

Some nice cars if you go that little bit further up't north !!!
