Clare got a day pass so we thought we'd make up the number and really enjoyed it. Nice and busy, not far away, not TOO cold, and everyone getting on. (altough it doesnt look like it from this thread lol)

I have decided my car looks like a drug dealers car from a distance, especially when people are crowding round the drivers window talking to Clare (NOT BUYING DRUGS BTW. We use eBay for that.) lol.

And my post was relating to the cruise because for some strange reason 90% of the posts that have been made since GWE2 have been about my slight bumps instead of being about the actual cruise itself.

Anyways...end of.

Cruise was good, I thought the fire engine thing was a good idea even though I couldn't see anything 'cos there were that many people stood around watching lol! Police seemed happy enough when they arrived 2. Some really nice cars ended up going and I was surprised how busy it actually was. Well done EC

was nice to catch up with a few of you guys again, and thanks for making the effort to come down, im glad maxxd is still doing as well as ever, if not better!

ollie - as hilly said, having the local police and fire service on side is a good thing, how many Cruises have you attended where there has been such a big crowd for something as informative as a safety demo? (apart from the fire station meets)

The demo was never actually broadcast as happening either but judging by the positive responce it got, i would say it was successful! and speaking to the streetlife and fastcar guys after, it seemed to impress a lot of people!

i'd like to thank every one of you for turning up, it was cold, but it puts a smile on your face to see that people do make an effort after such a large amount of organisation has gone into something.

Great start to 2008 for cruising as a whole!, i'll keep you posted on up coming events!

Yes your right jess i did say i would have it back this weekend BUT i can help the fact that Matt has got sooo much work on its taking him longer than he expected, so no its not bull!!!!

And as for going around round abouts at 15mph what are you on about? i think my car can go abit faster than that round corners after all its got coilovers and a set of decent tyres.

As for the cruise was really good, everyone had a good laugh and had no trouble at all from the police. Overall a good cruise!

And every argment on maxxd lately as involved a certain someone, mentioing no names but this person drives a red ka.
