Had the skid pan to myself this afternoon so I had my bit of enjoyment in the snow

Was a brill weekend, loved the time attack and edc witch was the real reason i went to the show, but i also enjoyed the car show. Much better than last year! The rave tent was the best one ive been to at a show hope the rest follow with better night life.

The only bad bit all weekend for me was that you couldnt go on the infield this year where there is small fence's so trying to get good photos of people on track was hard with the big fence's. Also they put up a fence on the drift track where there isnt normally a fence!

well.......

Firstly...

Maxxd.com stand looked brill, we went with no intentions of impressing and using it more as a rekkie for nationals but i have to say i thought we looked one of the best there, all your cars looked Great, the marquee was there you all stayed as long as possible and battled the traffic to get in sat morning so well done and big thanks from me.

Second...

Campsite was good, nice atmosphere although it was freezing the rave tent was awesome as you can see with the photos everyone was there neon'd up (Thanks Clare!)
A couple of minor things i heard about - mess about all you like, but a tent did get damaged somehow (Not pointing fingers) and a car was messed with..Just respect each others property please.

Third the show!!

Massive as usual, the club stands were in a big area and as stated we made a good impression gives me a lot of confindance for nats, escpecially compared to shall we say other clubs who had promised the world....and delivered....Tesco car park.
Wish my car was up for track time but loads of great things said about Mattys charged yaris which dominated his session and between Drifting Widdo and Spinning Screech they kept the whole of the people watching the first corner entertained!
EDC Rd1 was brilliant, especially the first rounds in the wet, so many near misses...and im glued to the time attack round!


Great show, great camping, great club we are too and a perfect way to spend my birthday!

That wasnt the stig. The latest stig was as tall as hammond and the one at the show was taller than me secondly stig is slim and this one didnt have a 6 pack he had a party pack. Check out the gut on this guy . I say that the next show we all kidnap him and remove his helmet

well......

for me the show was worse than last year, abit to spread out, the inner track may hav been gravel but i felt it was a better place to have everyone and it was a good base to walk around from.

Hardly any new cars from wat i saw which was a little dissapointing, was a pitty your guys were so far down the bottom i noticed alot of people that werent walking down there,

the trade stands looked empty and not have much quality on there, BoB cars were good as usual. as prevously said they could have opened the inner bit for spectators.

all in all, a fairly gd show but not as good as last yr for me, hope mod nats learns sumthin bout organisation and lay out from this show
