I havnt bought one yet, but will have soon.

car is booked in at matt owen bodyworks for 1st feb,

having bump strips removed and smoothed,
bonnet smoothed,
boot smoothed,
locks smoothed,
rallye inserts smoothed in where fogs are,
front number plated moulded in,
bar at bottom of front bumper cut out and black meshed,
arches smoothed in to car,
tinted angel eyes,
tinted rear lights,
light smoke tints all round,
sum kinda exhaust,
lowered 50mm,
15" bk 166 alloys in antracite
Carbon mirrors
full respray in sundance yellow.

i want a carbon bonnet, carbon roof and carbon boot, but iv seen it done before and not to keen on it.

engine will be polished up, 421 manifold, decat, strutbrace. thats prob it for engine as i dont want it to be stupidly fast.

He has told me to look for a good condition gti, paint work aint important but dints are. so opens my range in gtis, so i can go for a cheaper colour, gold, red etc.

what ya think?

Easily looking best part of £1500 quid for that lot.

Just so you have an idea. Icon_smile

D how much do u want to bet that i own a 106 GTI before 1st Feb 2008? this thread is to say what i am going to do, not people being cocky about my plans, oh and the other thread was 'Could be mine' the word COULD doesn't exactly mean WILL does it?

It just looks more credible, to be talking about plans that you have, for a car that you own.
