Got rid of most of the patchiness off of the bonnet today at work, going to go over it again tomorrow I think, can still see where the vinyls have been but might have to ask about on detailing world whether it could be solved with some clever wet sanding.
Only thing when washing the car I noticed that the front bumper is knackered, due to the big ghey wheels Rassssssssspppp |

Right havent updated this for a while so here goes.
I managed to aquire a standard set of 15s I'm currently refurbing at the moment, just got to decide on a colour to spray them, think I'm going for an anthracite colour to tie in with the bonnet and tints etc, then when they are done get them wrapped up in some lovely Toyo R888's Got some wind deflectors on the job, bit more of a JDM look as I've been told, just need to bang a bit of double sided tape on them for a perfect fit. Also ordered an OMP strut brace for the rear, as soon as that arrives I'm going to be sanding it down and repainting it, probably the same colour as the wheels or metallic black, and should hopefully be picking up my Tein coilovers next Sunday, so should be able to lower a lot more on the back as its way to high with no back seats in. Some aero wipers should be landing this week aswell because we don't seem to be getting a summer this year so they may proove quite useful, maybe even shave 0.001 off the strip time Now I've saved the best until last, it should be arriving soon, its all paid for just awaiting it to be delivered and then shipped to myself, a GReddy supercharger complete with a GReddy E-Manage blue ECU, so should have a bloody lovely whine coming from the car within the next month hopefully Rassssssssspppp |

Sounds exciting mate
Obv the charger stands out but the deflectors will look shit hot! What 15"s have you sourced? good choice with the 888's - everyone raves about them! 1. Yup its the same 1NZFE engine basically, stuff like the Perrin crank pulley I have got were developed for the Xb but wasnt marketed for sale for Yaris/Echo/Vitz owners.
Only slight problem may be clearance with closing the bonnet, it may just be a case of grinding part of the support braces to give adequate clearance. Rassssssssspppp |
