yep same storm grey colour and i'v decided to give the bonnet a chance once its the same colour as rest of car and doesnt have a great crack in it!

when u looking at changing the wheels?

soon as funds allow realy, iv got a set of 15inch bbs 6spokes but i just dunno if i can be arsed with them.

Good work chap, the Mk3 isn't the easiest car to mod and a few subtle mods go a long way.

However, a few suggestions if I may.....

1) Ditch the grilles and mesh them. While it's in the bodyshop I'd even go as far as to lose the spots and remove the splitting bar on those outer vents to give it the RS look. Oh and fill that jacking point trim in - they're gay!

2) Check out VW Golf or Seat Ibiza/Leon standard splitters to add some depth under it.

3) Split the headlight lenses (warm them up around the join between glass and plastic) and black out the unnecessary plastic chromed areas (anywhere its horizontal basically. Satin black it, but make sure to flatten the chrome first).

4) Buy some smoked indicators to match the above.

5) Satin black the B pillar between the windows

Cheap mods, but they will set it apart from the norm. Feel free to slag my ideas off.

lol only messing, i havew actually contemplated most of those, however im concentrating on coilovers and new wheels at the minute!

im going to smoke my headlights as soon as i get another set from a scrappers, dont wana do it and mess it up, also im only guna do it on a warm day due to condensation!
