why dont you do it all in primer and stil get the coilovers etc, that way at least it will be one colour Icon_smile

if you could put up with it for a bit Icon_smile

Anyway, gearbox is now dying! Icon_frown

Time to get rid cheap and get a 16v mk2 golf? or spend loadsa money on the polo?

On my hunt for gearboxes i can say they are either hard to find, or expencive to fix..

I guess it depends whats wrong with it!

CAR in creswell (01909721437) or beech tree garage in woodhouse (01623626531) would be able to get you the parts if you know whats wrong with it and can fix it yourself..

Its wank innit mate, forever worrying its going to pack in at any minute Icon_sad

LOL! talk about not making my mind up!

Car is now booked in for a FULL respray in the same strom grey with a few subtle smoothing mods.
going in on the 25th of March at S&B auto repair. these guys rebuild write offs and some of there work i have seen is amazing!

yay finally going to have a nice car i will be proud to put on the maxxd.com show stands! Also i'll be right chuffed to own the only modded mk4 polo around here, i havent seen another yet!

ill put the progress pics up when its in the bodyshop! should be done within 2weeks of going in.

nope! its not so bad, im sure it will last the summer, then im guna get a 16v motor to drop in over the winter months. Icon_cheesygrin

I do not have a thing from the Polo mate, i got rid of everything to avoid having memories..

Looking at your car makes me remember when I got mine and changed it several times over..

I should be seeing you soon when I am fully recovered and driving again..

yeah true story. actually can anyone reccomend a good glass polish? i normally just use what i use on my paint work.
